1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Brilli Global, Inc. website and its publicly available content (the “Website”). “Brilli Global,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Brilli Global, Inc. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About Brilli Global
Brilli Global is a corporate group focused on helping organizations transition from human-operated processes to governed, AI-powered operations. Its business ecosystem includes Agiler.ai (assessment and strategy), Globl.ai (transformation and implementation services) and Artemy.ai (AI workforce operations technology). Each business, affiliate or service provider may operate through a separate legal entity. The applicable contracting entity will be identified in the relevant order form, statement of work, subscription agreement or other written contract.
3. Website information; no professional advice
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. Descriptions of products, services, capabilities, plans, examples, roadmaps and anticipated outcomes may change and are not binding offers or guarantees. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making decisions.
4. Separate agreements for products and services
Use of any paid software, platform, assessment, consulting, implementation, managed service or other commercial offering may be subject to additional terms, including an order form, master services agreement, statement of work, subscription agreement, data processing agreement, service-level agreement or acceptable-use policy. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms, the signed or otherwise applicable service-specific agreement will control for that service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Website unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Website, its infrastructure or security; (c) attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data; (d) introduce malware or other harmful code; (e) scrape, harvest or systematically extract Website content without written permission; (f) impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation; (g) use the Website to transmit spam or unlawful content; or (h) probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials, are owned by Brilli Global, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal, non-commercial informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Submissions and communications
If you submit an inquiry, feedback, suggestion or other material through the Website, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or proprietary information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it under appropriate protections. We may use general feedback to improve our offerings without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, supplier, employment, partnership or agency relationship.
8. Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to websites, products or services operated by third parties, including our affiliated businesses, technology providers and integration partners. Such links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their applicable terms.
9. AI and technology information
References to artificial intelligence, automation, agents, models, generated outputs, governance and operational results are descriptive and informational. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unexpected outputs. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, Website information does not promise that any AI system or service will be error-free, secure against every threat, continuously available, compliant with every law or suitable for a particular purpose. Customers remain responsible for human oversight, validation and decisions made using AI-enabled systems.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that information is complete, current or accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilli Global and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from Website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Brilli Global and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another party’s rights.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created a security, legal or operational risk. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute relating solely to the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, subject to applicable law. This clause must be confirmed by Brilli Global's legal counsel before publication and does not override dispute-resolution terms in a separate signed customer agreement.
16. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship. They constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Website.
17. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact Brilli Global at contact@brilliglobal.com. Written notices, where required, should also be sent to the company's verified business mailing address.
